Collection on 24th December between 6AM and 12 NOON. What happens on the day?

On the day of collection, please make your way to our Warehouse at the back of the building. This will be clearly signposted on the day.

Please bring your confirmation email showing your order number with you (either printed off or on your phone) to collect your order. One of our colleagues will then bring you your festive treats. If someone else is collecting your order for you, please ensure they have full details as you will be required to check the items off upon collection.

Our staff will also be on hand on the day to answer any questions you may have about your festive food.

Can I collect my order on another date?

Unfortunately, no. Our food is expertly prepared and packed the day before collection to ensure it leaves us and reaches you in a perfect state.

Do you offer delivery?

We offer delivery to mainland Ayrshire postcodes only. Delivery is charged at £10 per order on all orders under £100. Orders valued over £100 secure free delivery.

Delivery of all Christmas Food orders will take place on Saturday 23rd December. We cannot arrange delivery slots for the day – your order will leave our warehouse on our refrigerated vans for delivery between 7AM and 5PM.

If you need us to leave your order with a neighbour, please leave a note on your door to advise our driver and make sure your neighbour has full details of your order as they will need to check off the food when it is delivered, before our driver leaves.

Full instructions will be included in your Christmas order, and will also be available on our website on Christmas Eve to download as a PDF.

However, it is extremely important to ensure all food is cooked thoroughly and all meat juices must run clear. We highly recommend using a meat temperature probe to check core temperature is above 75 degrees for more than 90 seconds. You can purchase a food probe from us as an add-on product.
