There’s something for everyone in this class, with three menus to choose from, and with delicious classics including haggis, neeps and tatties, duck fat roast potatoes and apple crumble with fresh custard, this class is sure to be crowd pleaser.

Menu for 31st October and 10th December:

Format

During our half day class you will enjoy tea/coffee on arrival then will have the chance to watch demonstrations by our chef before moving to your own kitchen station to recreate the dishes. We will box everything up for you to take home and share with friends and family…if you want to share of course!
