SESSION ONE – 17th OCTOBER
During session one, you will work with our Head Chef to bake your Christmas Cake. Chef Stuart will first of all demonstrate before you head off to your own kitchen station to follow his steps. Stuart will be on hand to help/answer any queries throughout.
At the end of the class, you will package up your Christmas Cake to take home with some miniature bottles of alcohol to feed your cake over the coming weeks ahead of your next class. Chef Stuart will provide full instructions on this on the day.
SESSION TWO – 19th DECEMBER
Now that your Christmas Cake has matured, you will come back to the Cook School to ice and decorate your cake accordingly, just in time to enjoy on Christmas day.
