Menu One: 14th November

  • Potato Gnocchi, Roasted Tomato Sauce & Rocket Salad 
  • Chicken Kiev, Creamed Potatoes, Peas, Bacon & Thyme 

Menu Two: 5th December

  • Beef Kofta, Wholemeal Flatbread & Yoghurt Dip
  • Pan Fried Duck Breast, Duck Fat Roast Potatoes & Red Cabbage 

Menu Three: DATES COMING NEXT YEAR

  • Hot Smoked Salmon Rilette, Homemade Soda Bread & Cucumber 
  • Chicken Schnitzel, Apple Slaw & Lemon Dressing 

Menu Four: DATES COMING NEXT YEAR

  • Lamb, Sumac & Cumin Kebabs, Flat Bread & Yoghurt Dip 
  • Pan Fried Salmon, Crushed Olive Potatoes & Confit Tomatoes

Format

During our half day class you will enjoy tea/coffee on arrival then will have the chance to watch demonstrations by our chef before moving to your own kitchen station to recreate the dishes. We will box everything up for you to take home and share with friends and family…if you want to share of course!
