Our half day French cuisine classes teach you the classic cooking techniques you need to cook delicious French dishes.

This is a ‘hands on’ course where our expert Head Chef, Stuart, takes you through the fundamentals to prepare two delicious dishes.

  • Twice Baked Goats Cheese Soufflé with Ratatouille & Dijon Mustard 
  • Coq Au Vin

Format

During our half day class you will enjoy tea/coffee on arrival then will have the chance to watch demonstrations by our chef before moving to your own kitchen station to recreate the dishes. We will box everything up for you to take home and share with friends and family…if you want to share of course!
