  • Cherry and Almond Frangipanes
  • Viennese Whirls

Class Cooks: Cherry and Almond Frangipanes and Viennese Whirls

Chef Demos: Butter Icing and Cherry Compote

 

Format

During our half day class you will enjoy tea/coffee on arrival then will have the chance to watch demonstrations by our chef before moving to your own kitchen station to recreate the dishes. We will box everything up for you to take home and share with friends and family…if you want to share of course!
