Using an array of spices, Chef Stuart will prepare an Indian feast with four dishes for you to enjoy throughout the evening.
As you enjoy a drink, he will demonstrate the menu for the evening offering two tasters to kick start your night. You will then move through to our dining room to enjoy your main course and dessert washed down with a glass of wine.
- Sea Bream – Bombay Potatoes, Tandoori Butter & Katy Rodgers Yoghurt
- Confit Duck Leg – Lentil Dahl, Mini Onion Bhajis & Raita
- Roast Chicken Butter Curry, Pilaf Rice & Naan Bread
- Syllabub – Mango, Pistachio & Mint
